You have the right to delete your W3Ajax account and all associated personal data. There are two ways to do this:
Option 1 — Self-service (instant)
- Log in to your account at w3ajax.com.
- Go to Account Settings.
- Choose Delete my account and confirm. Your account, projects, audits, keywords and personal data are removed.
Option 2 — Request by email
Email support@w3ajax.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my data". We will permanently delete your personal data within 30 days and confirm by email.
Data removed on deletion
- Your profile (name, email, hashed password and login identifiers).
- Your projects, audits, tracked keywords, backlinks and reports.
- Any social-login association (Google / Facebook).
Some records required for legal, tax or fraud-prevention purposes (e.g. invoices) may be retained for the period required by law, after which they are deleted.
