These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the W3Ajax platform at w3ajax.com. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
2. Plans & billing
The Service offers Business (free), Pro and Agency plans with the features and limits shown on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance. Trials convert to the selected plan unless cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: analyzing sites you are not authorized to analyze, attempting to disrupt the Service, reverse engineering, or using it for unlawful purposes or spam.
4. Data & results
SEO metrics, rankings and estimates are provided for guidance and may rely on third-party sources; we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or results.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, its software and branding are owned by W3Ajax. You retain ownership of the content and data you submit.
6. Termination
You may cancel at any time from your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, W3Ajax is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
